DISC Assessment - One of the greatest challenges and most rewarding aspects of the real estate market is understanding and effectively communicating with your clients. Join us on Friday, 1/28/11 from 10am -12:30pm for the DISC Assessment Class offered to all realtors. You will learn behavioral preferences of clients based on their spoken words and actions (you may even learn a little about your friends and family based on this assessment).
The acronym DISC stands for: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness.
Part I- From 10 - 11am -complete the assessment, then learn how to administer and score the indicator (if you have already taken the assessment and have a copy of it, you do not have to attend part I of the course. Just remember to bring your assessment to the class for Part II.
Part II From 11am -12:30pm - time will be spent on interpreting the the assessment, as well as, how this knowledge can be used to improve your interpersonal relationships with your clients. Learn how behavior preferences affect conversations, understanding and marketing. *BONUS - take home copies of the assessment to givr to friends and families: improve your communication with your spouse, kids and friends and get them to see things you way!:)
